What we collect

Your name and phone number when you book or message us; the booking itself; payment method (never card numbers); health flags you choose to tell us so we can adjust the experience; your messages on WhatsApp.

Why

To run your booking and your session, to keep you safe, to issue invoices required by law, and, only if you opt in, to send you offers. Health information is used only to adjust the experience and is seen by staff only as “adjustment needed”.

Consent

Marketing messages, ad measurement, photo publication and reviews each need your separate, explicit consent. None is a condition of playing, and you can withdraw at any time by messaging us.

Where it is kept

In our own system, Escape OS, hosted on servers outside Jordan with contracted providers. We keep booking records as long as tax law requires and health flags only briefly.

Your rights

Access, correction, withdrawal and erasure: message or email us and we answer within 15 working days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Unit.
